How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders (pre-orders excluded) take between 1-3 business days to ship.

Will I receive a confirmation email of my order and shipment?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email with tracking info once your item has shipped. 

How long does shipping take?

We ship all our orders via First Class. First class mail typically takes between 3-5 business days to be delivered. But there is always a possibility of a delay depending on weather and your local post office.

What is your return / exchange policy? 

  • All of our sales are final. We do except exchanges for a different size or online store credit for a different item equivalent or equal to the item you originally purchased. Store Credit expires within 90 days of issuance.
  • Swimsuits, hats, jewelry, and scarves can not be exchanged. 
  • The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 
  • You must contact us at sales@rachelschicbtq.com within 5 days of receiving your item and we will give you further instructions on the process of the exchange. 

What if my item is defective?

If you feel that you have received a defective item such as a tear/rip please email us immediately at sales@rachelschicbtq.com and attach a picture of the item.
